Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Gas Stove Repair Service – Independent Service Provider, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We aim to provide transparent, fair, and reliable home-service support to all our customers.
Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking a service.

1. Service Booking Cancellation

✔ Free Cancellation (Before Technician Dispatch)

Customers can cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled visit at no extra charge.

✔ Cancellation After Technician Dispatch

If the technician has already been dispatched or has reached the location, a standard visit/inspection charge will be applicable.

✔ No-Show / Customer Not Available

If the customer is unreachable or unavailable at the scheduled time, the booking may be marked as “Cancelled by Customer”, and the visit charge may apply.

2. Refund Policy for Services

Refunds may be approved only under the following conditions:

✔ Service Not Provided

If the technician is unable to provide the service due to internal scheduling or operational issues from our side, a full refund will be processed.

✔ Issue Not Resolved (Within Warranty)

If the same issue reoccurs within the service warranty period and our technician is unable to resolve it, a refund may be considered.

✔ Customer Cancellation (Before Service Start)

If the customer cancels the service before the technician visit and has made an advance online payment,
a full refund (excluding payment gateway charges) will be processed.

Important:

Once a service is fully completed and approved by the customer, no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Policy for Spare Parts

Spare parts once installed are not refundable, except in these cases:

✔ Defective Part Under Warranty

A replacement will be provided at no additional cost.

✔ Wrong Part Installed Due to Technician Error

Correct part will be installed, and defective/wrong part will be replaced.

Cash refund for installed spare parts is not applicable.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • All approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment only.
  • Refunds may take 3–7 working days depending on the bank/payment gateway.
  • No cash refunds are issued.
